Commodity and transaction information

Information concerning commodities, availability, quantities, specifications, origins, pricing, delivery terms, procedures, counterparties or transaction structures may be indicative, confidential, subject to change and subject to independent verification. Transactions remain subject, as applicable, to counterparty qualification, KYC/AML and sanctions screening, satisfactory due diligence, product availability, verification of authority and title, agreement of commercial terms and execution of definitive contracts.

Perpetual does not use this website to make a public offer of any commodity, financial product, security, investment or financial service. Perpetual accepts no responsibility for instructions fraudulently issued by unauthorised third parties purporting to represent Perpetual, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
